Colonoscopy – check-up in one week
18. 8. 2015
A colonoscopy is an endoscopic examination of the broad final part of the small intestine. Because of the long waiting times for a referral for a colonoscopy (approximately 6 months), you may choose a self-pay option with us. The appointment is usually scheduled within one week.
Take advantage of this special offer. The cost of a colonoscopy ranges from €195 to €330, depending on whether polyps are removed during the examination. The price exceptionally applies (for a limited period of time) irrespective of the number of potentially found and removed polyps.
A colonoscopy is used to determine the cause of the following problems:
- blood in the stool,
- unexplained anemia,
- disrupted rhythm of bowel movements,
- sudden constipation,
- alternating diarrhea and constipation,
- unexplained abdominal pain,
- streaming and bloating in the abdomen,
- unexplained weight loss,
- colon cancer in the family.
