AACI – International Accreditation Standards for Healthcare Organizations

At the diagnostic centre Diagnostični center Bled, we are committed to providing top-quality healthcare services, placing exceptional emphasis on service quality and patient safety in our work. We are very proud to have successfully passed the assessment according to the International Accreditation Standards for Healthcare Organizations – AACI, and to have obtained this accreditation. Achieving this accreditation confirms that our healthcare services are delivered in accordance with internationally comparable standards and are exceptionally professional, efficient, and, most importantly, of the highest quality and safety for our patients.

All medical centers within the Diagnostični center Bled Group participated in the assessment, successfully completed the accreditation process, and obtained the prestigious international AACI accreditation.

AAA CREDITWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE

In 2024, we received an AAA PLATINUM CREDITWORTHINESS CERTIFICATE for the sixth time in a row. An AAA creditworthiness certificate is the highest certificate awarded by Dun & Bradstreet and is granted based on an assessment of a company’s performance over the past three years according to various financial criteria. A company holding an AAA platinum creditworthiness certificate has demonstrated that it is a highly reliable, credible and low-risk business partner.

The  diagnostic centre Diagnostični center Bled is the recipient of the Excellence Award for outstanding healthcare services, as chosen by patients and awarded by Triglav, Health Insurance Company. We are also proud to hold the title of Ambassador of Excellence, awarded to healthcare providers who have received the highest ratings from patients for five or more consecutive years.
